The entire process, from the pool design with Gabe through the pool installation with Brock was seamless. I highly recommend Hauk Pools and these two young men in particular!

Love our pool! Brock, the project manager, was by far the best part of our experience. He answered all of our questions, big and small (first-time pool builders), communicated well, and just overall seemed like he actually wanted what was best for us, not just trying to make money. Blake had great ideas for the design of the pool, just make sure that you’re confirming everything that you talk with Blake about is written in the paperwork + confirmed with the PM that it’s possible! Overall, we feel very happy with our pool and experience!

We had a great experience with them. Our parents had used them to build a pool in the past and we really enjoyed the design experience and how knowledgeable Gabe was when it was our time to build. We liked that he wasn’t overly pushy and genuinely seemed to want the best for us. After we closed and paid our deposit we had a change in personal circumstances and had to cancel the project. Even after all the initial work they did, they could not have been more understanding and gave us a full refund. Would highly recommend.

Each crew has been very professional and delivered exactly what we envisioned. Brock, our Project Manager, has been great to work with. He has superior customer service skills and is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and processes involved in the pool build. Our entire experience with Hauk Custom Pools was better than expected. The initial consultation and all the way through the design process with Jaime was great! Brock, our Project Manager, was amazing and dealt with my myriad of questions with patience and professionalism. Brock was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, no matter how trivial. We built our pool after looking at multiple reputed builders. Hauk stood out for their design capabilities and staff going out of their way to engage (trying to creatively and transparently solve customer need) with us. Tim Ryan was outstanding in this regard. In terms of execution, they did great as well. We had to initially work through some kinks in communication. We resolved this by being straight forward with how we expect to be communicated. They listened and then delivered to those expectations. Sammy, our PM, was outstanding - Keen eye for getting things done and customer empathy. It was a grand success - Pool with outstanding design executed on time and in budget. One thing I would caution potential customers is on expectations - be clear and specific on what you need, be ready to engage (budget time...Hauk is great but it is your pool and you need to be engaged in details), and willing to partner with them. Overall, highly recommend. It is been about 5 years since we built our pool. It is outstanding quality. Further, every time we have an issue we cant resolve our selves, we call Tim and is there for us. Still the same intent of helping us and outstanding customer service. Recently, our basket ball hoop broke and we could not find something in the market. We called Tim and he got us in touch with the right person at Hauk and got it taken care off. This is a just an example to state that these guys are there for the full journey...not like some other low er cost vendors who build and disappear

The team at Hauk was awesome. From Blake with the design and setup to Brock as the project manager, and all of the trade subs they used were exceptional in quality, timing and response to questions or concerns. We were so please we highly recommended to our neighbor and they are having Hauk build their pool and patio as well. Thank you Hauk!
